1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the XFileSuite desktop application ("App" or "Service") provided by XFileSuite, an independent developer based in China ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal or internal business purposes. The App is currently provided without charge. Any future paid offering, if introduced, will be governed by the purchase terms presented at the time of purchase.
2.1 Apple In-App Purchases
The App may offer optional digital features or content through Apple In-App Purchase. The exact product, price, currency, tax treatment, duration, and included entitlement will be shown in the App Store purchase screen before you confirm a purchase. Apple, not XFileSuite, processes payment and provides the applicable purchase receipt.
- One-time purchases: Where identified as non-consumable, an entitlement is available to the Apple Account used for purchase and can be restored using the App's “Restore Purchases” feature.
- Subscriptions: If an auto-renewable subscription is offered, it renews unless you cancel it through your Apple Account settings. Its renewal terms, price, billing period, and any trial or offer will be shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel it through Apple’s subscription settings.
- Refunds: Purchase cancellations and refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable policies. We cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.
Purchases are personal to the Apple Account used to make them and are not transferable except where Apple permits. Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions also apply to App Store purchases. Apple is not responsible for the App’s content, support, or warranties, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
4. Permitted Use
XFileSuite is a local file preview and processing tool. The App operates entirely on your device — all file previewing, editing, compressing, converting, and exporting activities are performed locally. No file content is uploaded to any server.
Current features include:
- Preview images, videos, audio, PDFs, Markdown, and JSON files stored on your device.
- Basic image editing, cropping, and single-file conversion and compression.
- Annotate PDF documents with doodles, highlights, and stamps.
- Play audio with waveform visualization.
- Play video with multi-track subtitle and audio support.
- View and edit JSON files with search, folding, and formatting.
- Print documents with custom layout options.
Feature availability may change as the App evolves. We will clearly identify any paid feature or separate purchase before charging you for it.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App.
- Redistribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or resell the App.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and all associated content, is the intellectual property of XFileSuite, an independent developer, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. The file icons used within the App are sourced from third-party libraries and remain the property of their respective owners.
7. User Data and Privacy
The App processes files locally on your device and does not transmit file content to us. It uses Sentry for crash reporting, limited performance diagnostics, and optional feedback. If you choose to open an EXIF GPS coordinate in a map, the App opens an external map website in your browser; the photo and file path are not sent by us. File paths are scrubbed before Sentry transmission. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ALL FILE FORMATS WILL BE SUPPORTED INDEFINITELY.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE XFILESUITE TEAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (ZERO, AS THE APP IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE).
10. Update Checks and Downloads
The App may check our update service for available versions. If an update is available, it presents its version information and opens the download link only after you choose to download. The App does not silently download or install updates.
11. Third-Party Components
The App incorporates third-party open-source and commercial components, including but not limited to Flutter, media_kit (libmpv), ironpress (MozJPEG, libwebp, libpng), pdfrx (PDFKit), and Sentry. These components are governed by their respective licenses.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your devices. We may terminate or suspend your license if you materially breach these Terms or as required by applicable law. Where circumstances permit, we will provide reasonable notice before termination. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. The following sections shall survive termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at this page. We will notify users of material changes through the App or our website. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the People's Republic of China.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App. These Terms supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, relating to the App.

本服务协议（"协议"）约束您对 XFileSuite 桌面应用程序（"应用"或"服务"）的使用。该应用由 XFileSuite （独立开发者，所在地：中国，以下简称“我们”）提供。下载、安装或使用本应用即表示您同意受本协议约束。如果您不同意，请勿使用本应用。
2. 许可授权
在您遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予您一项有限的、非独占的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，允许您为个人或内部业务目的下载、安装和使用本应用。当前应用免费提供；如未来推出付费服务，将以购买时展示的购买条款为准。
2.1 Apple App 内购买
本应用可能通过 Apple App 内购买提供可选的数字功能或内容。具体商品、价格、货币、税费处理方式、期限及所含权益，将在您确认购买前显示于 App Store 购买页面。付款由 Apple（而非 XFileSuite）处理，并由 Apple 提供相应购买凭证。
- 一次性购买：如商品标明为非消耗型，其权益归属于用于购买的 Apple 账户，可通过应用内“恢复购买”功能恢复。
- 订阅：如提供自动续期订阅，除非您在 Apple 账户设置中取消，否则订阅将自动续期。续期规则、价格、计费周期及任何试用或优惠将在购买前展示；您可在 Apple 的订阅设置中管理或取消。
- 退款：取消购买和退款请求由 Apple 按其适用政策处理。对于 App Store 购买，我们无法直接退款。
购买仅归属于完成购买的 Apple 账户，除 Apple 允许外不得转让。Apple 的媒体服务条款与条件同样适用于 App Store 购买。Apple 不对本应用的内容、支持或保证负责，并在适用法律允许的范围内作为本协议的第三方受益人。
3. 使用资格
您必须年满 13 周岁才能使用本应用。如果您未满 18 周岁，您声明您的父母或法定监护人已代表您审阅并同意本协议。
4. 允许的使用
XFileSuite 是一款本地文件预览与处理工具。本应用完全在您的设备上运行——所有文件预览、编辑、压缩、转换和导出活动均在本地完成，不会将任何文件内容上传至服务器。
当前功能包括：
- 预览存储在您设备上的图片、视频、音频、PDF、Markdown 和 JSON 文件。
- 基础图片编辑、裁剪和单文件转换与压缩。
- 使用画笔、荧光笔和图章标注 PDF 文档。
- 播放音频并查看波形可视化。
- 播放视频，支持多轨道字幕和音轨切换。
- 查看和编辑 JSON 文件，支持搜索、折叠和格式化。
- 使用自定义布局选项打印文档。
功能可用性可能随应用演进而调整；如未来出现付费功能或单独购买，我们会在向您收费前清楚说明。
5. 禁止行为
您同意不会：
- 逆向工程、反编译或反汇编本应用，适用法律允许的除外。
- 修改、改编或创建本应用的衍生作品。
- 再分发、再许可、出租或转售本应用。
- 移除或更改任何专有通知或标签。
- 将本应用用于任何非法目的或违反任何当地、国家或国际法律。
6. 知识产权
本应用（包括其设计、代码、图形和所有相关内容）是 XFileSuite（独立开发者）的知识产权，受适用的版权、商标和其他法律保护。应用中使用的文件图标来自第三方库，其所有权归各自所有者所有。
7. 用户数据与隐私
本应用在您的设备上本地处理文件，不会向我们传输文件内容。本应用使用 Sentry 进行崩溃报告、有限的性能诊断和可选的用户反馈。如您选择在地图中打开图片 EXIF GPS 坐标，应用会在浏览器中打开外部地图网站；我们不会发送照片或文件路径。文件路径会在发送至 Sentry 前脱敏。详情请参阅我们的隐私政策。
8. 免责声明
本应用按"现状"和"可用"基础提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权的暗示保证。我们不保证本应用无错误、不间断运行，或所有文件格式将永久受支持。
9. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，XFileSuite 团队在任何情况下均不对任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或任何数据、利润或商业机会的损失承担责任，无论该等损失是否因使用本应用而产生或与之相关。我们的总累计责任不超过您为本应用支付的金额（零，因为本应用免费提供）。
10. 更新检查与下载
本应用可能会向更新服务检查是否有可用版本。如有更新，应用会显示版本信息，并仅在您选择下载后打开下载链接；不会在后台静默下载或安装更新。
11. 第三方组件
本应用包含第三方开源和商业组件，包括但不限于 Flutter、media_kit (libmpv)、ironpress (MozJPEG、libwebp、libpng)、pdfrx (PDFKit) 和 Sentry。这些组件受其各自许可证的约束。
12. 终止
您可以随时卸载本应用以停止使用。如您重大违反本协议或适用法律要求，我们可终止或暂停您的许可。在情况允许时，我们将在终止前提供合理通知。终止后，您必须停止使用本应用并从您的设备中删除所有副本。以下条款在终止后继续有效：知识产权、免责声明、责任限制和适用法律。
13. 协议变更
我们可能会不时修订本协议。最新版本将始终在此页面上提供。如有重大变更，我们将通过应用或我们的网站通知用户。变更生效后继续使用本应用即表示接受修订后的协议。
14. 适用法律
本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖并据此解释，不考虑法律冲突条款。因本协议引起或与本协议相关的任何争议，应提交中华人民共和国有管辖权的法院解决。
15. 可分割性
如本协议的任何条款被有管辖权的法院认定为无效、违法或不可执行，该条款应从本协议中分离，其余条款仍保持完全有效。
16. 完整协议
本协议连同我们的隐私政策，构成您与我们之间关于使用本应用的完整协议。本协议取代之前或同期所有与本应用相关的口头或书面协议、沟通和提案。
